Refund Policy

It is our goal that you are 100 percent satisfied with your experience. We understand that emergencies arise and unexpected events occur. We get it. And, we want to be as generous as possible.

If you are no longer able to attend the intended Retreat, we offer you the following options:

  • a) up to 2 weeks prior to the start date of the Retreat, you may switch to another retreat paying the difference in price, or, you may simply request a full refund.

  • b) at anytime, up to the start date of the Retreat, you may transfer your trip to another person for a $50 transfer fee.

  • c) conscious of the current environment we are in, if you test positive for Covid-19 within 2 weeks prior to the start date of the Retreat, you may switch to another retreat paying the difference in price, or, you may request a full refund.

All refund and transfer requests must be submitted in-writing via email to info@muuve.org. A request is considered to have been received only after you receive a confirmation email reply from us.
